Menopause Coaching Programmes

Welcome to my Menopause Coaching Programmes. With a strong passion for women’s health, I specialise in supporting professional women through menopause, helping them manage symptoms effectively and maintain control, so their careers and personal lives remain uninterrupted during this natural transition.

Menopause often brings a mix of symptoms that can feed into each other. For example, you might find you’re gaining weight despite exercising and eating as usual, which can lower confidence and make you less motivated to stay active. Poor sleep is common and leads to fatigue, which may trigger coping behaviours like binge eating or drinking. Sore joints can add to fatigue and make it even harder to feel motivated to exercise. Binge eating or drinking offer temporary relief but worsen the root issues, creating a vicious cycle of weight gain, fatigue, joint pain, and emotional distress.

This interconnected cycle highlights the importance of addressing menopause as a whole-body transition.

We must also recognise that menopause is not an illness but a natural life phase, driven by a gradual drop in oestrogen and progesterone—hormones involved in approximately 40–50 bodily functions. Because these hormones influence so many body systems, explains the wide variety of menopause symptoms, which the NHS lists as over 30, though each woman’s experience is unique. Due to these diminishing hormone levels and the role they play in a woman’s body, post-menopause, women face increased risks of heart disease and osteoporosis, making it crucial to manage nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress during all stages of menopause.

Managing menopause well means learning to care for your body differently. A holistic approach that supports the four pillars of health—nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management can make a huge difference.

  • Exercise should include cardio, flexibility, balance, and coordination training.
  • A Mediterranean-style diet is especially beneficial – lean proteins, wholegrains and lots of leafy veg. A compound in extra virgin olive oil mimics the effects of oestrogen. Populations that follow this diet show the highest rates of women aging well.
  • Quality sleep is crucial during the menopause transition because it supports hormone regulation, energy levels, mood, and the body’s ability to recover and cope with changing symptoms.
  • Stress management is especially important during the menopause transition because elevated stress can worsen hormonal imbalances, intensify symptoms, and disrupt sleep, mood, and overall wellbeing.

With life expectancy now reaching well into the 80s, managing menopause effectively in your 40s and 50s can help you stay healthy and vibrant for decades to come.

Having trained as a Menopause Wellness Coach, I recognised the need for tailored assistance that supports whole body wellness for women journeying through the menopause transitions. My mission was therefore to provide an integrative approach that addresses the whole body, offering targeted guidance and personalised one-to-one support in areas including nutrition, weight management, supplements, exercise, and emotional and psychological wellness-all important areas that can dramatically improve health and wellbeing during the transition years and beyond, postively impacting long-term health.

Recognising that I couldn’t cover all these specialised areas alone, I sought out experienced professionals who all have a special interest in women’s health and bring in their expertise to elevate the quality of support and services provided in these programmes.

This led to my collaborating with three carefully selected professionals, enabling me to provide a tiered support system that includes: Wild Nutrition for high quality, FOOD-GROWN® supplements, Sean Purchase, the lead fitness coach from SPPT, Katie Weir, a Metabolic Balance Coach from the Lean Rebalance and myself, Sarah helping to support you with techniques that will assist you in mitigating hot flushes, sleep disturbances and the emotional and psychological symptoms often associated with menopause.

Menopause Reset

Watch this space! The highly anticipated Menopause Reset workbook is coming soon. This is an invaluable tool which helps you set and achieve goals. Part 1 is designed for women at any stage of menopause—whether perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause – any woman who finds themselves at a crossroads, re-evaluating their lives and considering what comes next.

During menopause, many women reassess different aspects of their lives, often feeling uncertain about the future – relationships, career, family, life purpose. This workbook provides a structured approach centred on four key life quadrants, helping women gain clarity on their priorities and aspirations. Through this simple yet highly effective process, they can intentionally design a fulfilling, happy, and purposeful life. The journey culminates in the creation of a Vision Statement, a powerful blueprint for the future.

Menopause Reset – Part 2 focuses on the system needed to turn that dynamic blueprint into reality. After gaining crystal-clear clarity in Part 1, this next phase provides the structure and tools to bring your vision to life. Life’s demands can easily derail progress on newly set goals, leading to overwhelm and stalled ambitions. Part 2 ensures you stay on track, maintaining momentum even when challenges arise and the going gets tough.
