Bronze Programme – 4-week programme – £375
This is the starter programme and is designed for women who feel confident with their current exercise and nutrition routines but are looking for guidance on supplements and support in managing menopause-related symptoms. It addresses both the physical and emotional impacts of menopause, including issues like hot flushes, mood swings, brain fog, loss of confidence, and self-identity.
So, if you’d like to take this up, you might be wondering what’s included? This programme includes support from two specialist professionals:
Sarah Bolshaw – that’s me – Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Menopause Wellness Coach – 3 hours total
You’ll receive an initial 20-minute consultation following your completion and submission of the client questionnaire. This will be used to assess your case history, symptoms and goals.
2 hours and 20 minutes of coaching over 4 weeks of tailored one-to-one sessions. These sessions will focus on your unique objectives, using advanced techniques from coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and clinical hypnotherapy to reduce symptoms and help you transition with greater ease and resilience.
A personalised hypnotherapy recording created to support you between sessions, providing ongoing relief from symptoms.
Follow-up session. A 20-minute check-in to review progress and next steps.
All sessions are booked at your convenience, and I provide support either on WhatsApp or via email between sessions.
Video or Telephone Nutritional Therapy Consultation with Wild Nutrition. Two sets of thirty-minute consultations. (www.wildnutrition.com)
If you so wish, you will be able to take up the opportunity of a 30-minute video or telephone consultation with a Nutritional Therapist, who is an expert in women’s health – especially the perimenopause and menopause life stages.
The Nutritional Therapist will discuss your current symptoms, health goals, and examine your 3-day food diary, and then comment on your diet and recommend supplements to support your specific needs.
(Please note, supplement costs are not included in the programme fee but the consultation is free). A special 25% discount code will be made available to you.
Your supplements will arrive by post, and you will start taking them as advised.
Follow-up appointments are also 30 minutes in length, booked in four weeks after your first consultation with the same Nutritional Therapist to assess progress, any noticeable benefits or changes and make adjustments if required. You can then set up a subscription and your supplements will be delivered monthly to your home with A 20 % discount.

You’ll receive two guided audio recordings to support you between sessions. The first is a full-body relaxation audio designed to reduce anxiety and deeply relax the body. The second is a simple yet highly effective breathing technique to help manage stress and anxiety.
