This programme is designed for women seeking comprehensive support with diet and weight management, exercise, supplements, and managing menopause symptoms. You’ll receive an initial 30-minute consultation following your completion and submission of the client questionnaire. This will be used  to assess your case history, symptoms and goals. 

4½ hours of over 16 weeks of tailored sessions. These sessions will focus on your unique objectives, using advanced techniques from coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and clinical hypnotherapy to reduce symptoms and help you transition with greater ease and resilience. 

Two personalised hypnotherapy recordings, created to support you between sessions, providing ongoing relief from symptoms. 

2 x 30-minute follow-up sessions. Designed to support and keep you accountable and on track with your new exercise and diet regimen.

All sessions are booked at your convenience, and I provide support either on WhatsApp or via email between sessions.

Video or Telephone Nutritional Therapy Consultation with Wild Nutrition. Two sets of thirty-minute consultations. (www.wildnutrition.com)

If you so wish, you will be able to take up the opportunity of a 30-minute video or telephone consultation with a Nutritional Therapist, who is an expert in women’s health – especially the perimenopause and menopause life stages.

The Nutritional Therapist will discuss your current symptoms, health goals, and examine your 3-day food diary, and then comment on your diet and recommend supplements to support your specific needs.

(Please note, supplement costs are not included in the programme fee but the consultation is free). A special 25% discount code will be made available to you.

Your supplements will arrive by post, and you will start taking them as advised.

Follow-up appointments are also 30 minutes in length, booked in four weeks after your first consultation with the same Nutritional Therapist to assess progress, any noticeable benefits or changes and make adjustments if required. Sean is a highly experienced and academically qualified fitness consultant specialising in creating custom exercise programmes for women during menopause. His programmes target key areas like cardiovascular health, strength training, flexibility and balance, all essential exercises to maintain fitness during and post menopause.

Sean’s programme includes:

If you wish to take this up Sean will create two personalised exercise programmes to meet your unique needs and goals.  These are broken down as follows:

A 1-hour health and fitness evaluation to enable him to design a personalised exercise plan based on your health, fitness level, lifestyle and unique needs and goals. 

A 1-hour Zoom call. During this call, Sean will guide you through your bespoke exercise programme, ensuring you understand each exercise. After the call, your plan will be emailed to you, and you’ll have access to Sean’s exercise library to refresh your memory as needed. 

At the end of six weeks,  you will meet Sean again on Zoom to assess your progress and he will then design a new programme that will build on your achievements, followed by another Zoom call to discuss your updated, new exercise routine.

You will be able to follow the programme either at home or in a local gym, with full confidence it meets your unique requirements and goals.

With over 11 years’ experience in the fitness, health and weight loss arena, Katie offers the personalised, science-backed, 12-week Metabolic Balance plan which balances hormones, regulates blood sugar, and reduces food cravings – helping you to effectively lose weight and maintain your weight loss long-term.

The plan is hugely successful because it incorporates 40 years of clinical, scientific and nutritional research, and it’s based on your individual biochemistry, which is identified by a simple blood test.

If you wish to take this up, this programme includes a 30-minute consultation either by phone or on Zoom with Katie to discuss your goals, the start date of your programme, and the details of how, when and where you will have the blood test which will guide your nutrition plan.  

Katie will provide you with a custom nutrition plan. Based on your unique biochemistry, identified through the blood test, this plan outlines which foods will best support your metabolism and balance your hormones. Your plan also specifically outlines the exact amounts and combinations of your chosen foods and the meals at which you should eat them. If your goal is weight loss, your plan is tailored with your weight loss goal in mind. The food will be just everyday food available from the supermarket – there will be no shakes, bars, or pills. This bespoke 12-week plan will be presented and explained to you during a 1.5 hour Zoom call to ensure you are comfortable with the process and is then accessible online.

Ongoing support. You’ll have scheduled check-in consultations (via Zoom or telephone) throughout the 12-week programme. Katie will provide continuous guidance, ensuring you feel your best throughout menopause and beyond.
