Talking Therapy is often referred to as psychotherapy or counselling. It is a form of treatment that involves talking to a trained professional in a confidential space to explore and understand thoughts, emotions and behaviours. The primary goal of talking therapy is to provide individuals with a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment to address emotional or psychological challenges, improve mental health and promote personal growth and well-being.
There are many kinds of talking therapies, each with their own effective techniques and approaches. I choose to use a combination of Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
